Improvising

I couldn't decide what to have for supper while the husband was at the races so I improvised a bit.

Microwave 6 Tater Tots for a minute. Add some butter to a small frying pan. Melt butter and add 2 eggs. Add mashed up Tater Tots and 4 monterey jack cheese cubes. Cook on low til eggs are done and cheese is melted. You can add anything else you like to spice it up. Very good if I do say so!

And when you catch the hot yummy rolls you will feel like a kid again. Lambert's is The Only Home of the Throwed Rolls! A fun atmosphere with rock and roll oldies playing and walls full of tin signs of Americana. The food is basically tasty!
You order from the menu and then get a taste of the pass-around side dishes that servers dish out at your table. The rolls are pretty big and you can eat as many as you can catch. Get there early and they don't take credit cards.
